Havn't been able to log in all day today. I can start the game and get to the log in screen, but when I click log in (after inputting my account info ofc) It just say "connecting to server" and nothing happens.
Anyone else with the same problem?

There was an issue with all of the WP games a few hours ago but that was resolved. Are you still having a problem logging in?

I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing this connection issue. Are you logging in from the Steam or Warpportal client?

The Warpportal client. I did a "Check all" twice already.

While these matters are investigated, I strongly recommend the typical debugging steps
[Standard Gravity Client]
Open the ROSE Launcher/Patcher.
Click the » next to the 'Start' button to open the actions dialog.
Select 'Check-all'
Attempt to run the game once this has been completed.
If the above does not resolve your issue. Proceed to the next step. [Fresh install]
First. Backup your screenies if you want to keep them. Navigate to your ROSE root folder, and copy the folder [Capture] to a safe place.
Now either using the Control Panel, Installation Package you previously downloaded, or other tools; uninstall the game completely.
Download the latest installer package from www.roseonelinegame.com
Install and run the launcher to fully patch.
IMPORTANT: Once it has fully patched, perform the 'Check all' command again, to ensure no files were skipped.
Run the game.
If your connection issues persist, then reply again as it may be a local network issue on Gravity's end, or possibly your own network settings, firewalls or anti-viruses.

Maybe the server cant handle too much users online that's why some of the account cant log in

Any updates?
I'm still experiencing the exact same issue, it´s the fourth day now. I have done all the recommended stuff on my end to no avail.
I have submitted 2 tickets already, but the only response I get is to do everything I've already done (Reinstalling etc.), and that the team is investigating. All my tracert:s is showing no problems.

They are working hard to resolve the issues some players are still having. I know it's difficult but please be patient until the problem is identified and fixed.
