hi Guys i have problème in my Game please help me

 

i cant Play in another account i try to make 3 but He tell me always this account does not exist and i cant change password yesterday a hacker come to my account and take all my zuli 50m i think the problem is in my game so wich virsion should i download and where can i find it please help me
