warportal and Lyto really stupid on migrating, cause that two characters on the RO2 missing .
necessarily nickname and email registration should can not be changed .
me as a player it is very disappointed with the treatment WarpPortal and Lytogame that cause loss of character I have.

If you have not I would highly suggest to do so so the Support Team can take a look at the missing character(s).
