The Classic Hat should be in your inventory of your first char in the Selection-screen.

Janeway, Goats, Ice Dungeon. In case they extend the deadline like last month.. u could actually do this in time. But be aware they turned off the EXP Boost.

On Classic the headgear [Radio Antenna] should have been distributed already, for renewal the staff will use Code the Redeemer. Due to 15.2 update preparation the insertion has been delayed for renewal accounts.
