I dont know what happened but I cant connect from my main character. But I can play my other characters. Can somebody tell me why I cant use my main. I lose connection everytime I click on my main.

This sounds like something you will have to make a ticket about. Here is the link to the support page https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  Just fill in each part of the ticket form and in the white box, explain the problem.

 

Also on the page I just linked, you can create a special support account by clicking on "register". A support account will allow you to view and reply to your ticket online instead of through emails. I would strongly suggest that you do that to make communicating with support easier.
