I'd appreciate feedback on the mechanic changes introduced in patch v124 that affect CHA and base stat influences and how it has impacted combat. Has scaling back the potency of buffs, debuffs and DoTs had a positive impact?

Cooldowns are slightly higher which is noticeable, though the only one that feels unfair is the increase to meteorite flow from 16s to 20.5s. 19s would be comparable to the other increases.
Due to the higher cooldowns it's harder to keep up fire/wind/water/sorcery mastery. The proc rates need to go up a little.
While testing builds I noticed that to learn clarity of sight you need to have first maxed sight of the magi (this was not part of the update). If it was consistent with other passives you would be able to rank clarity to as high of a rank as sight like how mana stream lv 1 requires staff unity lv 1 and not lv 5.
