Not sure if this is a bug but it feels like it might be.

 

I was just doing a comparison of my character on the live server vs Pegasus. Same exact gear on both and same exact clan skills. I have one pc of equipment with +3 all stats as a substat. On the live server it  shows as +3 but on Pegasus it is added to the total of each stat

Not a big deal, I was just wondering if this is the way it's supposed to be. It might be confusing if players change equipment and suddenly appear to lose some stat points.

I think it is because all the other stats just add to the total, rather than being "+Stat".

This is probably to make it less confusing between item bonuses, as opposed to buff skills.

If you buff a character with All Stat buff, does it add to the total, or "+Stat"?

Actually, Genesis told me yesterday that the way it is on Pegasus (with the +x all stat from equipment being added to the total of the stats) is the way it was always supposed to be and so it's the live server that's bugged, not the test server.

 

The +x is only for the cleric's Angelic Chant and the stat buffs of con, sen, dex, str and int that each job class has.  it adds +15 for each so if a cleric has buffed you with Angelic and you buffed yourself with Words of Suggestion (dealer), you would see +30 next to your total sen stat.

Any "All Stats/INT/DEX/CON/STR/CHA/SEN stat bonuses that come from passive skills or items are now included in the total for their respective base stat rather than being displayed as a separate "+X" bonus.  The "+X" bonus in the character window was originally intended to be used for temporary status effects such as class base stat buffs, so it has been corrected on Pegasus.
