can someone please explain how the rk in the following videos spams wind cutter how he does and why his damage is as high as it is?

 

also what ragnarok is this kro or jro and will we be getting the gears that make it possible to iro in future.

That's definitely not iRO...
Wind Cutter in iRO have 2 sec cooldown, so u cant spam skill like that.

jRO has gear that cuts cooldown of WC. and jRO has different mechanics, so even we can get the gear, our damage will be different

Its the effect of Peuz Set in jRO + Limit Driver(accessory) or something like that(gives +450% wind cutter dmg and some other things), + their bio5 headger wich removes the cd of the skill+ increasing its damage even further
