Does Spiritual Cadence work while standing and walking? iRO Wiki no where mentions that it works only while sitting. It's a hybrid version of Increase HP Recovery and Increase SP Recovery. Hence I assume it works while standing and walking too. But RMS mentions it works only while sitting. What's right?

you have to be sitting to gain the actual regen.
