I am talking about the set like high priest or white smith are they cash exclusive or will they return on future.

Also are they char bound the in game ones dont say anything about that

There are no Ragnarok Online costume sets that soulbind to the player that equips it.

Any attempt to equip anything that shall be bound upon doing so will be prevented by a warning about it beforehand.

 

 

A warning/description is also given at the most bottom part of the item's text:

<The item is Soul Bound upon equipping.>

 

If equipped and bound:

<The item is Soul Bound.>
