I have a question about crafting G1 items with substats.

I've recently started playing again (just before the update) and I currently am unable to succesfully craft Green hats with max substats on my dealer (lvl 141). Before my "break" I was able to craft these with max stats. 

 

My question at this moment is: Was there a change in crafting substatted items (do you still need high sen for sub stat craft or con?) or is it only for higher grade items now?

I remember talking to Leo months ago and he said it was never supposed to be possible to craft max stats on grade 1 items.  My guess is that if you can't do it anymore, it was probably finally fixed in this last update

Yes, it was a change in the Paradigm Shift update.

I'm happy it is still possible to get those stats, now I only have to figure out what tier items I should craft

I'd wager 6+

Just a shot in the dark. Either way, you're not going to be able to simply buy the materials from NPC's.

Hmm, how about reinforced gears and sub items... did anyone get to test low grade reinforce/ subitem for stats?
