Well... can anyone teach me how to do just as the title implies?

Is it possible if it's between two different WP account?
If it is, will it also transfer the bounds "in" the said character?

How much will it cost?
also what else is needed to transfer chars between accounts?

Chars must not be in guilds, if the other account has a different sex they also must not be married.
If the class has a different skillset based on the gender, and the transfer will force em to change gender, they get a reset(Kagerou/Oboro, Bard/Dancer)

Mhm, and max amount of characters you can have on an account is 27! I plan on having an account with one of every third class and equivalent one day, and another account with a bunch of WoE TE and non third equivalent characters o3o
