I believe the servers were reset earlier because of a problem with the dungeons.  It should be ok now.

 

Please close everything and reload the launcher. If you are still having issues after you've done that, post them here along with how you access the game (WP or Steam)

I tried again but : Old file not found. however a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match. (system\Requiem.exe)

If you are still having problems maybe you should try a fresh re-install. It's possible that a file is corrupted.
