Check the chat rooms in Eden group for current price. Usually there is someone buying for low and selling for high. Pick a price around there.

 

When you convert KP to WPE you get a higher conversion ratio if you convert 5000 at a time.

 

You sell KP by selling tradable kafra shop items for the KP price x going rate in zeny. Usually someone will PM you what item they want and you buy it once the order is placed.

 

You could also just vend various kafra boxes. (Heavy Lifter / Name Change / Neuralizer / etc)

Use ragial and see which KP item is vending at the highest price.  Generally you're looking at 15m per 100KP right now. 
If you're rushing, you can always sell in Eden at 12-13m per 100KP. 

For WPE, you can buy the code online. They usually went on sale at around $4-5 per 1000 WPE code. No need to wait 48 hours when you pay with WPE code.
