Most PoS and BDL should share the same Part effects. (I only know about Sentinel's.)
Which means, you can use the appropriate Class's Bracelet to get a hint.
What is "messed up" is some Parts' effect:
_Shoulderguards give Mv.SPD
_Boots give ATK-SPD
_Gloves give HP/MPReg. (depending on Class)

Thanks, I actually found the effects by going into PoW's Zodiac Dungeon and looking at the items from the NPC in there.
