Hey gm/admin yesterday i bought 2 sigil of brilliance for 6hrs for me and a friend we went to mana snowfield activated them and 5 minutes later i was dced and could not log back in i tried for couple hours still nothing so went to sleep instead is there something u can do ?

You should make a ticket. Here is the link to do that.  I can't promise anything but explain what happened in the ticket and see what they say.  You should also consider making a support account so you can view and reply to your tickets at the website rather than waiting for emails. Click "register" on the page that I linked to do that.
