wasnt the purpose of changing and extending the maintenance time was to be to cover for unexpected problems? so that way maintenance wouldnt end up running later then it was supposed...just a thought i may be wrong about it all but im pretty sure its what i read on why maintenance was changed so this wouldnt happen anymore

wasnt the purpose of changing and extending the maintenance time was to be to cover for unexpected problems? so that way maintenance wouldnt end up running later then it was supposed...just a thought i may be wrong about it all but im pretty sure its what i read on why maintenance was changed so this wouldnt happen anymore

 

If we give them an inch, they'll take a mile. If they designate maintenance as being 6.5 hours. They will slowly drift towards 8 hours. What the hell are they actually doing in those 8 hours? God only knows....

Then new maintenance time will become 10:30AM to 6:30PM. Then after that, they will consistently overrun to 9 hours, and so on and so forth. A never-ending increase in maintenance duration.

In short, the designated maintenance period is bull-_-. Don't believe it.

The patcher message ought to just state: "Servers are down right now. They'll be up when they're up."

And they will get away with it, because they can. (or at least they'll believe they can while losing customers in the meantime)

I really hope those aren't the 2016 version headgears, those may have been good for experience in 2012, would be highly underpowered now by leaf cat hat and costume goggles/crown/etc...

All I can say is, why can't we just all understand the situation whatever they're facing at the moment. Complaining wouldn't fix anything. In fact, we should all be thankful that they are trying to work on the possible issues during the maintenance instead of experiencing these issues (which could lead to disconnection from the server) while we are all playing.

It just sucks sometimes when you go pokemon hunting all day and thinking OH its 5PM servers up! Only to find out you work at 6am then next day and only 2 hour playing time the night before :/
