please help me retrieve the ticket its expensive for me nothing happened please i like to cry now

i try re-logging nothing happened too help me please

i reset slot 2 the tear drop image in the screenshot nothing happen its slot 2 based on irowiki

ahmm ... im new on the mechanics... thanks but i cant understand ..... i reset then unequip it after automatically then right click >> nothing happened ,,, please help me mister GM

When you reset, you just try enchanting that slot again, you wont clear the enchant>enchant again.
In your attempt to reset that enchant you got the same one you had previously again, thus not having any changes
