just wondering if any1 knows about this newsletter headgear.

 

i was told back months ago . if i subscribe to the WP newsletter i would get a code for the some headgear.

 

i noticed that 2 out of the 4 accounts that i have , i received an email with link showing how to redeem the code in my trash folder.  but it didnt see a code. unless i was suppose to use the generic code from the " to how claim code link ".

 

can any1 tell me if the got their code?? and if so ? how do i go about getting mine?

any info would be helpful. i cant seem to find anything on the forums about it.

 

is it just me or these forums so hard to navigate.

Disregard the newsletter thingy. Just talk to Code the Redeemer on the 2nd fl of Eden HQ. He's an NPC in black (looking like Zonda Corp representative) near the stairs. If your account/s was/were eligible, you should receive a savage babe headgear from him... If none be received, meaning your account/s was/were not eligible for the reward...

Hi Rat!

 

I got mine on Renewal by just talking to the code redeemer as RockHeir mentioned.  Altho, I haven't ticketed in an item transfer request as I'm not sure if there's a sprite for it in Classic.  The last update about it was mentioned in last week's patch notes: https://forums.warpp...ance/?p=2489545

 

However, they haven't announced it yet if the headgear works in Classic by now.

Ow. Sorry, I forgot that it should be a different case for Classic players coz costume gears are non-existent in that server..

Last night I created both the Tournament and Newsletter headgears for classic.

If you want to transfer the newsletter headgear you will need to submit a ticket.

so these head gears youre saying are only for renewal?  cus i dont play re and havnt checked it... youre saying if i go to code redeamer in renewal? the head gear might be there?

 

 

then i would have to send a ticket and get them transfered to my classic accounts?

 

i only play classic. so this seems like kinda a pain..

 

 

and No paul.. i havnt received my HG for the 5v5 thing yet... i havnt heard or seen anytihng about it yet.. then again. i cant find anything i want know to about this game on these forums...

problem is , i noticed my main account didnt get one.. 

 

can any1 explain why my main account didnt qualify for the newsletter hg? and my 3 alts accounts did.?

 

and aslo has any1 got this Hg transfered yet? i noticed its a costume and dont know how those work.. sorry im newb to ragnarok.

 

last, are these Hg account bound?  like if i send in a ticket can i get the 3hgs transfered to my main? from my 3 alts?

As far as I know, the Costume: Maximilian Von Babe XXIX newsletter promotion headgear is one per Warpportal account. This is because it is based on the newsletter subscription status. If you had the newsletter checked and your account wasn't created through Steam, then you should be able to pick up the headgear from Code the Redeemer NPC at Eden second floor - Renewal server.

 

If you originally play on Classic server then pick up the headgear on your renewal character and file in a ticket to get the item moved to your classic character. Costumes feature currently only works on Renewal clients, it acts like a top overlay for the headgear. I don't know if the item is bound on Classic but it is not on Renewal servers.

 

I am not really sure about the last part, probably need a CM's clarification.

Was your main account registered through Warpportal or through Steam? We noticed some Steam accounts didn't get the newsletter.

yes i figured it out.. my main account was first registered on steam...

 

guess i get screwed in that sense. just sucks cus its my main.. and if i knew i would have had these problems i would have made my other account my main ..

I subscribed on an email I frequently use for the newsletter, I got the hat on renewal but can I transfer it on another warp portal account? Is the hat tradable? I barely use any character on the WP account that I have the newsletter subscribed to.
