How and where I turn Rough Oridecon in Oridecon?

All or at least most Towns with a blacksmith shop have an npc inside that will exchange the rough ores.

Quickest and easier for most would be Prontera I guess. The blacksmith building is bottom right of the Prontera fountain. The NPC to exchange the ores is right beside the portal on the inside.

The one at Izlude lets you turn in rough oridecon for oridecon in bulk amount.
