9 days ago I try to send a ticket, but never received the ticket number to my mail, then I checked into the support, and then try sending again another ticket, but neither received the code, then I have been waiting until today no I have received information about it.
when trying to send the ticket, both times, after pressing the "next" button, that sends me to a page to re-create another ticket.
PS: I filled out all the fields during the creation of the ticket, and I checked my mail account support before sending the ticket (although I check my account and immediately sent my ticket ready).

Hello,
Did you check your Email spam/junk folder?
Not sure if it's related, try to use another web browser when filling out the ticket anyway and let us know how it goes.

yes, I checked that folder and nothing... but it never occurred to me to use other browser...
I tried another browser, and wow!!! I received my code and the code sent to my mail immediately O.O!!! I think the problem was that I was using private browsing with the previous browser
