Hello,

 

Recently, some of you may have noticed an unfortunate message when logging in.  This was due to a massive RMT (real money trading) investigation that spanned over thousands accounts.  Regretfully, we understand that in aftermath some accounts may have been caught in the crossfire.  This was due for the safety of the accounts to prevent any further transportation of illegal items or unauthorized access.

 

If the account you play has recently been suspended, please make a ticket with our support staff and be prepared to verify your account with the Warpportal Support Team Member to expedite the process.  Once you have sent in a ticket, the Warpportal Support Team will be able to investigate the matter and dependent on the results, they may be able to release the account.

on what base you guys assume those thousands of players did RMT?

and if the suspended account didn't logged in for 1 day does it count as skipping daily login bonus?

You can be "involved" in dealing with RMT simply because the zeny you received was dirty zeny. For there to be thousands of affected accounts means that tons of dirty zeny has been circulating all over the server.

 The targeted accounts were apparently all created by just a few people, it wasn't actually thousands of players affected.

That's correct, attendance bonus will reset regardless of the reason you don't log in.

The old servers actually have similar ban hammer for RMT but because the publisher does not as competent as WP they can't handle every small details.

 

I actually feeling thankful to WP staff to fight with cheaters/RMT-ers and helping my account back when someone stole my account for NA merge.. Not that I disrespect my own country but fact that I made more public enemies with locals than strangers was stupid... I even don't care for those trolls (not reporting them or whatever) but they got banned by themselves lol...

 

Now I just need something about how WP developers continuing this game because you know, my main is already ML40 and nothing worth to farm or making other characters...
