Recently, some of you may have noticed an unfortunate message when logging in. This was due to a massive RMT (real money trading) investigation that spanned over thousands accounts. Regretfully, we understand that in aftermath some accounts may have been caught in the crossfire. This was due for the safety of the accounts to prevent any further transportation of illegal items or unauthorized access.
If the account you play has recently been suspended, please make a ticket with our support staff and be prepared to verify your account with the Warpportal Support Team Member to expedite the process. Once you have sent in a ticket, the Warpportal Support Team will be able to investigate the matter and dependent on the results, they may be able to release the account.
