i dont know if its possible, but i think it would be cool to introduce new level 30 IM set and weapons, but they can be only obtained through a quest line once you have reached level 85. These would be extremely hard to craft but worth the effort and none of the required items can be bought except maybe for IM Mall. the trade off would be a nice set bonus plus a skill for the item set and weapon. However these skills will be a toggle skill that gives you a boost in whatever random stat or stats that are assigned to the item when crafting them. While these skills are active they will drain your HP, MP, or a random stat, but the main aesthetic feature of this set is when these skills are toggled the appearance of the item and weapon will change.
