Welcome to another Item Mall Shopper Raffle Event!
 
From today, 9/9/2016 until midnight 10/1/2016, spending Item Mall Points in game will count towards qualifying for two raffles that will happen once the event is over!
 
Spending 1000 IM Points or more will earn you a raffle ticket for a Lox Costume Raffle Event! (16 tickets will be drawn)
 
Spending 2000 IM Points or more will earn you a raffle ticket for a  Lox Backpack Raffle Event! (8 tickets will be drawn)
 
Raffle drawing winners will be announced after the event has ended!

Just remembering last time there was a raffle, they did a give away afterwards for the same item. for speding/buying IM.

The giveaway event offered a different item from the raffle, both of which have never been available in the game before.

so if I load and spend 2k im points will I be included on both raffle? logically I should be included but I just want to clarify.

Yes. I verified this with Genesis and if you spend 2k IM points during this Item Mall event, you will get 2 entries in the raffle for the Lox Costume Box and one entry in the raffle for the Lox Backpack.

As written above, one only reeive 1 raffle ticket for a lox costumer & 1 raffle ticket for a lox backpack (total: 2 raffle tickets),

no matter how much you spend, assuming that you've spent at least 2k IM.

if this is the case then management is limiting anyone to spend more than 2k IM points for this event. What if I wanted to make sure that I get a backpack and a costume box? Anyone from the management confirm this please?

That is correct! Spending 3,000 IM in total over the course of the event will give you 1 entry towards the backpack raffle, and 3 entries towards the costume box raffle.
