hello. this is strange but i can't get a couple in the game and i really want one, i have 2 characters a specialist lvl 40 (Elerizoarc) and a monk lvl 26 (Elerizomag), of preference that know spanish but it doesn't matter

OP did not explicitly state he was looking for a couple via couple request in game; it may be just someone for him to consider his couple. In addition, he did not specify his characters' genders -- only his own.
