ATK + (weapon base dmg * skill %age) + any fixed skill bonus.
If a skill is 50% weapon atk + 200, and your weapon has a base atk of 500, it would be:
ATK + (50% * 500) + 200
I hope that clarifies things.

So this explain my dilemma why lower ATK can still have higher damage. Thanks for sharing. The dmg (per hit) of most spells is calculated as follows:
ATK + (weapon base dmg * skill %age) + any fixed skill bonus.
If a skill is 50% weapon atk + 200, and your weapon has a base atk of 500, it would be:
ATK + (50% * 500) + 200
I hope that clarifies things.

Your formula completely neglects defense and the randomization of values between min and max attack.

So, do you happen to know how it is EXACTLY calculated?Your formula completely neglects defense and the randomization of values between min and max attack.

So, do you happen to know how it is EXACTLY calculated?
Well in pvp the exact calculations can be obtained by asking the opponent for defence and using that.
But in pve the enemies exact defence is not revealed so we can't calculate it to the exact number of damage delt.
