I do not remember the command to attack my homunculus. Can someone help me?

To attack it, or to order it to attack?

 

alt + double click right mouse button = order it to attack an enemy

That's an AI issue and can be changed by configuring the AI. I use Azzy's and am quite happy with it. 

 

Side note: they go passive if you are sitting down, make sure you are standing.

I think you should first and foremost redownload an AI package, reconfigure it, and do /hoai to initiate it (then vaporize -> recall) the homun to see if that fixes things.
