He said there will be a bleacher, so that you can re-dye it white to re-dye your hair as long as your have Dyestuff.

Can anyone confirm that the refine rates are still the same? Cause I just broke 3 temporal luk boots at +6 attempt. Its hardly 80% success rate. please let me know.

it is confirmed working 100%. as in, i got my single holy crimson mace from +6 to +10 using enriched ores without fail last night. 100%.

I broke 2 elven bows, one of which was a +9 and another was a +6 and was using Enriched Oridecon. As well as you, unsure about sending in a ticket. Guessing working as intended then...

It isn't messed up, bad rng happens sometimes.

The rates can't be changed without a new client build, which is why the event is still in currently. They didn't receive the build to set the rates back to normal.

i dont think the refine event is still active after breaking 11 out of 11 rideword hat and not even a single 1 made it to +8

I broke alot but i am not complaining. Still there is a time when i broke ten +9 consecutively w/o even one going to +10 like straight. but there is a time when i was uprade where 3 items and consecutive made it to +10. may be there is also a time where you can consecutively upgrade +9 going +10 with 9 items.

Even I had alot of straight up bad upgrade attempts, but I eat my loss and keep striving for perfection.
