I would like the staff to help my issue asap.

 

I have purchase WP 4 times today (1st time is fine) via "Bitcash" and got stuck in this screen

 

 

 

and it gone forever...

 

and when I start again... as it said, it start again but my money is already deducted...?

 

 

2 of them got ruin... and the last one still pending at loading screen... what should I do?

Yes, I already send those and have some conversation with the staff both side, not yet get any satisfy course action.
