Solo dungeons block the use off ALL items so it isn't surprising that it would block dungeon wings and is certainly not a bug. 

1. Walk out normally, it only takes a minute or so.
2. Ask a guild member or friend to help party out.
3. Let the dungeon mobs kill you and resurrect outside (if you don't care about MP or repairs).

What is the button (green arrow down) near MP poring (blue poring) what is that for? i think its the dungeon out right for easy out? please check this also thanks.

That arrow is meant to be used to "unmount" siege weapons. When Gravity implemented the solo dungeons, they recycled that UI to apply it to their new transformation effects (solo dungeons, jawaii pets), so that players could have special skills instead of the usual hotkey slots.

 

Since you shouldn't disable the transformation in solo dungeons that arrow is basically a non-purpose leftover. We've been discussing options to allow a quick exit from those dungeons so we'll keep in mind the option to give the arrow that purpose, but the final decision will depend on what the devs find easier and more comfortable to do.
