Maybe it's not working then. I use a +6 and don't have phen effect either. :v

 

BTW, how the hell do you guys get instacast via stats with WL? At job 60 with 130 INT/DEX (way too much, btw), you get 143 INT (130+13) and 138 DEX. Adding +30 foods, it would be 173 INT + 168 DEX. INT + 2*DEX = 509. Still needs 21 points to get instant cast.

Temp dex? Rwc pendant? Other stuff that gives dex/int?(bdm,jinn balloon,etc)

I see +12 Temp Dex does the trick. I thought it was +1 DEX per 3 upgrades, not +3... anyways "Too easy". lol

 

Getting 130 INT/DEX is already VERY tryhard for my liking...

120 dex 125 int on my sorc, 120 dex 120 int on WL.
