i believe reducing its healing effect based on base lv is the wise idea

we can say like this

 

above lv 100 the pet will lose 50% of its healing effect

decrease 25% more if your base lv higher than 150

finally the pet will lose its healing effect if used by a lv 175 

 

it's same with 3rd classes job change reward, the ring gives you +stats but gradually lose its effect, based on your job lvl

I think that with the end of Haloween Niffleheim spotlight must be gone. Please camp, let's use another place as spotlight, like Byalan, would be nice to see the last level of the dungeon be used for leveling. There is almost desert, with spotlight it will shine.

Well, Neo Punk Card is quite abundant and cheap at thor and most of the source is just a 1 botting player. He has 6 pcs 4 days ago and i bought 1 of it, i wonder how many he got now.

LOL! In Chaos there are max 2 per day, and the prices are 250-300 M ea now that they have fallen. I never found more than one character there whenever I was trying to farm in NCT 2.
