I've submitted a ticket about more than a week ago..., and I'm still haven't receive any respond.
I've check the spam mails, and junk mails, still nothing.
I'm thinking if the support team are college students like us, are busying preparing finals?

Not sure if that is their occupation, but Heim has mentioned that they are currently backed up in tickets. A long waiting period is to be expected.

Hmm, that's strange, last night Heim said the wait times had come down. Have you logged onto support.warpportal.com to check it? Some email places block the ticket update emails thinking they're spam.

Well, I double checked everything...and nothing is there in my mailbox.
I just submitted a new ticket[1E5-149767FB-5FAA], but I don't see an automatic confirm email.

i've confirmed that we have the ticket, must just be an issue with the confirmation
