Hello everyone !

Let's see in the calculation of damage from skill's
Currently, the formula calculating the damage from skill is as follows (In accordance with http://requiem.irowi...l_Attack_Damage ) :

 

Melee skill dmg:

Melee Skill Damage = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + Strength * 0.2
dmg from equip* - damage from weapon, accessories, passive skill (like Dual Wield Mastery (Assassin) http://requiem.irowi...tery_(Assassin) )

Melee Skill Critical Damage = Melee Skill Damage * 2 + SCAD**
SCAD** - Skill Critical Additional Damage, obtained from the equipment and the intellect: Every 5 INT adds 1 Skill Critical Additional Damage

In other words, Melee Skill Critical Damage = Melee Skill Damage * 2 + Intellect * 0.2

Caster skill dmg:

Caster Skill Damage = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + Intellect * 0.3
Caster Skill Critical Damage = Caster Skill Damage * 2 + SCAD = Caster Skill Damage * 2 + Intellect * 0.2


Now let's look at the impact of Player Stats in the Skill Damage from Melee classes and Casters classes
Consider an increase damage of 1000 base stats, melee - 1000 str, casters - 1000 int
 

Melee skill dmg + 1000 str: 

Melee Skill Damage = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + Strength * 0.2 = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 1000 * 0.2 = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 200

The difference amounted to 200 points of damage

 

Melee Skill Critical Damage = Melee Skill Damage * 2 + Intellect * 0.2 = (dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 200) *2 + Intellect * 0.2 = (dmg from equip* + dmg from skill) *2 + 400 + Intellect * 0.2
The difference amounted to 400 points of damage

 

Caster skill dmg + 1000 int:

Caster Skill Damage = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + Intellect * 0.3 = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 1000 * 0.3 = dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 300
The difference amounted to 300 points of damage

 

Caster Skill Critical Damage = Caster Skill Damage * 2 + Intellect * 0.2 = (dmg from equip* + dmg from skill + 300) * 2 + 1000 * 0.2 = (dmg from equip* + dmg from skill) *2 + 800

The difference amounted to 800 points of damage

 

Increase critical damage at Caster twice more (400 vs 800) than the Melee, with an increase in the basic parameter (1000 str or 1000 int)

To get a raise equivalent to melee damage is necessary to add 500 more str and 1,000 int
It turns out that 1,000 int of Caster = 1,500 str and 1000 int of Melee

I think it's completely unfair
Yes, you can say that the Melee weapons has more physical damage than staff and wand has magical damage
But Melee hasn't so strong continuous AEO skills, also Melee skills have ability to miss or are blocked


Therefore, I would like to make the following offer:
Melee Skills depend on Physical Critical Chance and Physical 
Critical Additional Damage

This will Melee focus on one stat STR

+1000 str for Melee will be = +200 dmg or +600 critical dmg
