All you have to do is make a novice on separate account but under the same warp portal account. Then transfer that novice into your main account using the VAS. The novice will be on your 10th slot if all 9 slots are taken.
pay walling this is not the right answer for a game though.
it is not an acceptable practice to hold hostage charcter slots. especially for people who are the VIP types. just let people create. esp when there are 30 slots by default just some of which are locked.
