I have a few items now that are called things like  Blue "O" Card or Blue "B" Card but I can't get rid of them and can't find any information about what they are for. I can't throw them out of my inventory, I can't stash them indefinitely, I can't sell them to a vendor. Each card is 1 weight. I wish I had never picked any of them up because now I can't figure out how to get rid of them.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Go to Eden behind the counter is a man name Gramps, he will ask if you have any boo cards you want to rid of.

Thank you for bumping an old topic (at which time Gramps was the npc who removed blue cards), Festival Claviger is the npc you need to talk to; to remove blue cards from your character's inventory.
