That is not a bug. As you were told in the other topic you posted in- there was a pop-up box that informed you the item would be locked to the character and you had to confirm it before you could buy it.
You can try making a ticket but I doubt support will move it since the trade system was implemented over 2 years ago now but here is the link to support if you want to try.
Because this is not a bug, and no one here at the forum can help you with this, I am closing this thread
