well dueling commie vs commie is not the best way to determine who is better since some commies might have lower def/hp therefore loose against you but overall they kill way more and get better scores in foc

Commie vs Commie usually ends up who miss vs who crit. Defense is irrelevant in most cases as most have reached a point where adding more makes no difference. It really becomes a fight of who crits Beam Slash.

And maybe who has double HPs and damage capacity than the other duelist.

Well mine was in reference to similarly geared/level commanders. Obviously if one has 14k hp and the other has 6k it wont be much of a fight.
