Is Dally Quen Quest currently not active? I tried to do my daily Dally Quen Quest yesterday and after I'm done with the Parcel Service quest I went to Dally Quen but what he did was gave me a 24 hours cooldown (he asked me to comeback again after 24 hours) and then after that 24 hours cooldown finished I talked to him again and he just refreshed the cooldown again. 

 

And Parcel Service quest too. After 16 hours cooldown, I tried to get a new request (I did it for the exp) but she just told me to go to Dally Quen to claim my prize but you know Dally Quen didn't even give the prize just keep refreshing the quest cooldown. 

 

Just why?

I have this issue like you too

 

I always did quen Q everyday, 2day past I can't receive any prize.

 

My problem start after last maintainance.

Mine was asking to wait 31 hours earlier today

2 days in a row when i talk to Daily Quen. He said i need to wait 24hrs, this on 2 separate accounts.

Try to do it on a different char in the same account. Sometimes it bugs that way.

Please try that, if the cooldown timer is not properly set then it is something for Campitor to look into next week, hopefully.

Me too. Having the same problem with Daily Quen. Please see screeshots below. Two characters from same account.

When you disconnect your account, it increases the time instead of decreasing it to zero.

Same ID, different character, same reaction from Dally Quen. And it's happening with my other account too.

I'm having the same problem as well since last maintenance.

 

Perhaps the new Christmas Quest bugged the one from last year? (Dally Quen)

Actually this already happened to me on Thursday, a few hours before maintenance...

 

started the 24hours issue on thursday 9pm gmt+8, around maybe 5-6 hours before maintenance
