Can you please clarify what it means for every $10 spent on the IM?

Is it spend points in the IM that is worth $10?

Will the premium and raffle entries stack or are we just allowed 1 entry?

I'm pretty sure those premium days are meant to be added once the event ends, which is by 31st of December.

And when there is a prem account running on that account... do we get the days in addition when the normal premium runs out?

My premium runs out in March....

They did it last time, and they do it every time something like this comes out. Just a pattern I felt like pointing out.

I have updated the original post to clarify, but to answer a few questions:

 

- To qualify you must spend 1000 IM Points in the Item Mall within the event timeframe. 

- Purchases stack. 1000 IM Points spent in the Item Mall would earn you 1 raffle entry and 7 Days Premium. 2000 IM Points = 2 Raffle Entries and 14 Days Premium. 

- At this time the ROSE Team is planning on 15 Raffle Winners, however this may be adjusted at a later time.

Reward stack means its up to 2000 IM points only? 

coz i already used 10,000 IM points does it mean i can get 10 7 days premium?

No, you'd get [7 Days free Premi] x5 because 10k / 2k = 5, not 10.
