I've gone through the forums (and most likely just missed it lol) and I haven't seen a Rebria build or which skills are best. So please share if you don't mind taking the time

Mine isnt skilled.

Main reason is im 49 and the skills suck
Cast time on them makes it poo for pvp.

I guess the lvl 60 and lvl 70 mb as they are AoE. but they have such short range like many of the skills.

HP buff - lol.

but yeah all have cast time and the time it takes to cast i could have fired a few pewpew's. also many have such a small range.

but not sure tell truth

Mine is lvl 46 atm. At least take 1 in first two. I crit 2300 on those. One is 30m range 1 sec casttime other is instant in your face skill. Pretty awesome. she raises sword and smashes it down. When mobs are close i think it has aoe/dot effect.

Yep, that 2nd one your talking about is an AOE... havent noticed the DOT though.

I saw the icon. Now i know that was actually a debuff icon. Not DoT

I've gotten the first 4 skils.
PB at lv67.

1st skill = Globe Glacier of Coldness:
- Only good part is the DoT.
= PvE = ok.
= PvP = sucks. (Hardly used it in PB, too slow for a single target).

2nd skill = Gloriole of Darkness:
- AoE instant awesome.
= PvE = awesome, always hit for 1-2K on multiple mobs & debuff on acc.
= PvP = awesome, surprises the hell out of melee players.

3rd skill = Protection of Goddess:
- HP recovery buff, need more to say?
- PvE = trash.
- PvP = trash.

4th skill = Melodic Wail:
- AoE damage.
- PvE = awesome, 2K+ of AoE.
- PvP = too slow to use, but if you kick it off, you can even smack 4K on low level players. Fast contribution if you succeed.

5th skill = Cloud Attack:
- unknown

6th skill = Winter Storm:
- unknown

globe of darkness aint that bad, i remember when my ranger was a resistance-_- i could basically 1 shot most people with it))

Yeah, I think it is good for Hunter class.
- but have to ask my Ranger friend to verify.

rebria sux for ranger especially at higher lvls, ofc you can-_- around with it and have fun but just using your aa at 50m with full speed is way better

UPDATE:

I've gotten the first 5 skils.
PB at lv70.
Keep in mind, this is using a Magic Swallower (+15) with EV gear at (+12), so results may vary.

Well that's interesting.

Cloud Attack just gets better and better.

The first skill is good in pvp because of 30m range. If you ride in close you can chain it well too.

Love pb.. Just takes too long to get full load. And the attacks need to be either not casting or movable casting

The 6th Skill is also an AoE skill, same mechanic as Bloody Storm or Deadly Fog. It deals massive amounts of damage I remember a year and a half back when I leveled my Elem's Possession Beast to 65 there was a bug that allowed Rebria to learn the level 80 skill and be able to use it. In PvP the AoE was ticking for around 2,6k - 3k damage (It was around 5 ticks if I remember correctly, and I think it could crit up to 5k - 6k damage).
