Please enable Teleport lvl 1/Fly Wings in Manuk and Splendide.
It's possible to teleport around there on other servers and having it disabled just makes certain quests (Scaraba or Nid Dungeon access for example) more tedious than it needs to be.

Would be nice.
And if it would create bugs, then even a transport service like that mule in Einbroch would be good.
