if you put the card in the weapon,the aspd of the character will be 193 aspd? the max aspd for the whole time?

if you aspd is already like 192 then yes :v

 

+10% aspd. Same as a Bako Tat, King Poring Hat, Cenere card with 50 agi, etc...

sorry to ask is the card change in iro. when first came out i heard the card give flat 193 aspd. did renewal change the effect?

it never ever had an effect like that, was always 10% aspd

The only card give you 193 ASPD is Atroce card and only by a low chance for 5 secs lel, i feel a little bad for those who get a Atroce, Doppel, Osiris, Moonlight card as 1st MvP and think they become rich and very lucky lol.

Dopp card is an old card.  back in.... 15 years ago...... every one's dream is agi knight  with Dopp and Baphoment. on 2H sword

...but you can't save in Byalan anymore.   No more Thara in Byalan too.
