The area that do this conversion isnt working.I tried to convert my WP to IM points since yesterday after the maintence and im not able to acess that area in the warpportal website.

Try using a different browser. For me, the offerpal only works when I use another browser type.

i tried use internet explorer,firefox,google chrome and saphari,any of them works.

yeah,none of them worked,the same error.This error start to happen since last maintence,i payed attention to the link in the browser,i saw something named "iovation" that didnt apear before.

That is odd.. because looks like you are the only one experiencing this right now. I just checked mine and it works fine. Um, try deleting cookies and cache and everything and try again? If not, guess send a ticket lol.

Yeah, same thing happened to me, i have got 75 points from surveys and i cant convert them into item mall

We are looking into it on our end to see if its something we can fix.

If you can, change the security settings on your Browser to be either Default, if that doesn't work try the lowest settings and let me know if that also doesn't work for you.
*It would be wise to clear Temporary Files & Cache'd files from the browser as well just to rule out that it maybe a browser issue on your machine.
