I got the Kafra Pay Stub from WoE, and I have no idea how to use it. I've been searching online, but I have not found any guide on its use.

 

I am a returnee player and there are lot of things I do not know of. Please help.

It's used for a quest that gives WoE TE rewards. Consumables and all that. ^{I think}

 

No one really bothers with it, even making a guide, since stuff like ranked slims/CNY hats are MUCH better overall
