So I'm always item-fat, which means I can't pick up/receive new items. Didn't think of that before I talked to NPC.
I had 16 Parts, and then talked to NPC. It consumed 10, "gave me a report" but because I couldn't hold any new items, it wasn't given.
I only ask that the order of the actions be reworked or simply put in a "You have too many items" dialog that exists ALL OVER.
