The lower level your character has, the better aquired exp when you hunt monsters.
Mazimum 100% increase, and the effect will disappear when the character Lv is reached Lv.101.
Once you open the item, you will not be able to refund. .

Is it a rental accessory, a usable item, a buff like vip, a costume, what is it? Does it really give 100% EXP bonus as described? At what levels? What's the minimum EXP bonus? Man I'm curious. I've been meaning to make some new chars.

Item that came from a past box. Has an 30 days expire date after opened. Gives (101-baseLvl)% bonus exp.

it was included in the lucky box crate. if you buy one crate, it contains:

 

5 lucky box

1 safe to 10

2 steam ring box

can you trade it after you open it? if not... can it be stored in kafra so other toon slots can use it after each 99/70

Steam Ring is account bound so it can be placed in Kafra storage and used by any character on the account for the rental period, but it can not be dropped, traded, vended, or placed in Guild storage.
