Having a hard time finding a clear translation of this.  Apparently it's the RG jRO accessory.  Does it really give 7% VP/CS damage per every 2 refines of Imperial Spear?

i've  translated it before in some thread

basically it increases VP, Shield Press

also Grand Cross by 350% at lv 175 ( 2 rings )
