When I equip the two accessories the effect only corresponds to being carrying only one of them does not lower castrate to "instacast" nor does it increase the damage of the skill.

I dont know about , I have said same thing , wanted to Report as Bug long before, when we were testing in Sakray

Someone must check if this skill has Fixed cast or not

but as far as i know, in other servers, wearing 2x Shining Branchs , it makes you insta-cast

there are few vids in kRO and twRO.

I will test it later, on strings, but im pretty sure the accesories are bugged because the dmg dont stack, a friend test it on izlude eggs and you can wear one or 2 accesories and the dmg keep the same, so prolly the accesory is bugged.

So yeah, stay tuned xD

yeah it is bugged, unlike unlike the Plump Earthworm Charm, I saw couple of dorams do no cast picky peck

 

the shining branch has to be corrected to stack

Well im not sure about Cast time (for me seems are a fixed cast time, but as you guys say videos from kRO and twRO can insta cast so...) but the damage is working:

 

Test on Blue Venatu (Aqua property vs SV Stem Spear lv 4 Wind property damage)

1st damage was without Shining Branch, 2nd was with 1 (uncarded) and last one was with 2 Branch (uncarded):

 

 

My stats in that kitty is:

VIT 100

INT 100
DEX 80

LUK / STR / AGI was 1.

 

Buffs only VIP foods and Bunch of Shrimp

It is not fct, i have fenrir and you wont see any difference in cast tim even using fenrir.

I agree the damage might be working but the cast reduction doesn't work unlike picky peck.

This will be fixed I hope soon enough though We want to do insta stem too you know

Sorry for necro bumping this thread, but I have a friend who is asking if does this accesory still bugged? He was having a problem about not having instacast using SV Stem, which it should have like Picky Peck. Any anwers, anyone?

1.The accessory is not Bug (totally working) but the Casting time reduction isn't Stacking, I don't know if the SV stem Damage isn't stacking too like Earth worm Charm. This is what I commented few months ago but i got no response from the admin, So I'll bump this up to fix this.

 

2.i don't know if iRO has plans to fix this issue or leaving it as is. So the best thing your friend can do is to spend zeny for doram set and casting time reducs.other than that, we should wait (or lose hope) that this issue will be fix. Man, Magic type is much weaker in PVP/WOE environment due to this. even though its design for that

He is using +13rpb,+14magic yellow foxtail, and the doram set plus 2 Shining Branch charm. Since the counterpart for SV Stem is Picky Peck, then why SV Stem still has fct even with both accesories equipped, and PP is instacast and is spammable?

Easy way to test:

Equip those and only those. (Just to be safe.)

Check how long the casttime is.

Buff the Doram with Sacrament 5.

Check how fast the casttime with Sacrament 5 is.

 

If it is halved: the remaining casttime is fixed, thus unreduced by the accessories. => working as intended

If it is not halved: something weird is going on.

I'm so stupid for not realizing it earlier (Thanks to sir/maam kubikyuu) 

 

SV stem might have Fixed Casting time, I remember when i'm using +11 MSH caster, and full Doram Set set(with Shinning twig) with secra, my casting time is around .2 to .5 seconds.  But we need to confirm this by doing another round of Test. (I got one magic doram and i'll try retesting it)

Sorry about the necro, but I finally got around to making a video about SV Steam spear with 2x Shining Branch charm.

With and without Sacrament lvl 5.

I can upload the replay separately if someone wants to record it slowed down so it can be timed properly.
